ReviewBuzz and ServiceTitan are now automatically connected via an API (geek term for two systems that talk to each other).

That means, when your team dispatches a technician using ServiceTitan, the job info is pushed into ReviewBuzz and (if you choose) a pre-appointment email will be sent to your customer...before anyone arrives at their home.

This pre-appointment email is proven to build trust with the customer and improve customer satisfaction.

Plus, it makes it easier for your team to recommend services and products – since the customer already trusts them.

Once the job is done and your team invoices the customer, ServiceTitan automatically sends a message to ReviewBuzz telling it to automatically send a review request email to the customer.

Note: The current integration doesn’t allow you to choose whether or not to send the review request email when a client is invoiced, so the review request email will always be sent when a customer is invoiced. However, both companies are working feverishly to add this feature for you.


Here’s what happens after the review request email is sent:

  1. The customer writes the review on Yelp, Google, Facebook, etc.

  2. ReviewBuzz awards points to the team who helped the customer.

  3. The team is happy, the customer is happy – and you’re happy. Woo hoo!
