Edit, Delete, Add Team Member Incentive Points

You have full control over your team members’ points, and can add, edit or delete points at anytime from any employee. To do so:

  1. From your Manager Dashboard, go to Manage > Team Members Points
  2. Find the team member whose points you want to fix. Then click adjust
  3. A pop-up window will appear. You will see that there are two fields. In the first field, enter the numeric value of the correction you want. For example, to ADD 3000 points for David, enter 3000 in the first field.

    To SUBTRACT 3000 points from David, enter -3000. The big difference is to place the minus (-) sign in front of the point value.

  4. You have the ability to adjust both the Review Points & the Cumulative columns or ONLY the Review Points column. In order to adjust ONLY the Review Points column, under the Incentive adjustment type select the Cash Out option. This will add or subtract points from only the Review Points column.

                                           

    

  1. In order to adjust BOTH the Review Points column and the Cumulative column, under the Incentive adjustment type select the Correction option. This will add or subtract points from both of the columns.
  2. Click Save.
