I am trying to add a team member but it says that the email I’m entering is already in use?

Each user of ReviewBuzz must own a unique email address. The reason why is the email address is the username name associated with your ReviewBuzz account for security reasons. For example, we can’t assign all of your customer service reps the same email like service@company.com.

If you receive an error that an email is in use, double check that email address isn’t taken by another team member. If you don’t see it, please contact ReviewBuzz at support@reviewbuzz.com. The email address may be associated with a deactivated user or a manager.
