Employee Dashboards

ReviewBuzz users can have access to ReviewBuzz Dashboards from one of three levels:

  1. CSR access
  2. Manager access
  3. Service Provider access

1. CSR access is provided via Admin Dashboard

Users with access to the Admin Dashboard have the second highest level of account control. The main navigation includes tools for:

  • Feedback - View logged in user's reviews and surveys.
  • Manage - Send feedback requests and emails to customers.
  • Support - Help materials for training and best practices.

The CSRs are only able to add customers, send meet the team emails, and feedback requests. They can view their own reviews, surveys, and points. 

If you would like a CSR to have the ability to add new team members, add happy calls, and more please contact us as support@reviewbuzz.com and provide us with your company name, their first & last name, and email address.

Please note we cannot add certain manager features to a CSR dashboard.

2. Manager access is provided via Manager Dashboard. 

Users with access to the Manager Dashboard have the highest level of account control. The main navigation includes tools for:

  • Feedback - View all company reviews and surveys.
  • Manage - Control incentives program, send feedback requests and emails to customers, track invoices.
  • Reporting - All 7 dashboard reports.
  • Settings - Company settings like team member profiles, review site selections, company logo. 
  • Support - Help materials for training and best practices. 

3. Service provider access - My Reviews Dashboard:

Service providers such as technicians, plumbers, maids, etc. are provided access via Admin Dashboard. Users with access to the My Reviews Dashboard have the least amount of account control. The main navigation includes tools for viewing their personal recent activity, reviews, surveys, and rewards.
