Having problems posting a review?

If you are still experiencing issues, try the following:

1. Start over by going to the ReviewBuzz homepage

2. Type in company name exactly as it appears in the ReviewBuzz card that you received from a company representative. 

3. Make sure your browser is up to date. The following links will guide you how to update whichever browser you use:

4. Make sure you have javascript enabled on your browser.

5. If you experience an error on one of the third party sites (Google, Facebook, Superpages, etc.), please choose a different website on Step 3 and post your review on a different one instead.


Please note that ReviewBuzz is a portal. We connect you to an independent third party website (Google, Facebook, Yelp, Citysearch, etc.), and sometimes these third party websites have glitches of their own. We can't be responsible for errors on the third party websites, but we are here to help you to pick the right one, and navigate through the review writing process on the one you choose.
