How do I run a Summary (Buzz) Report? My Summary Report won’t generate on my computer, why?

ReviewBuzz sends our clients an automated email with a summary report on Thursdays for the week before if you earned any reviews. If you would like to view this report at anytime please log into your manager dashboard - hover over reporting - click on ‘summary report’. Select the time frame you would like to view the report for then click ‘generate report’.

If the summary report does not generate on your computer please clear the cache on your internet browser.

If the summary report will not open in a 2nd window please make sure you have your pop-ups unblocked for ReviewBuzz in your internet browser settings.
