Your company can send your customers emails through ReviewBuzz. The two primary ones are:
- Meet the Team - This email introduces the service professional who will come to the customers home. It also tells the customer the date and time the service professional will arrive, and shows the customer that service professional's reviews.
- Feedback Request - This email asks the customer to complete a review or survey.
